Is Pipo Guru free?
There's a free forever plan: you create an account, build Pipos and run live sessions without paying anything and without a card. If you need a bigger audience, more activities, the CSV report or your own brand on stage, there are the paid plans: Essential at R$ 30/month and Pro at R$ 69/month.
What are the plans?
Free (up to 40 people per session), Essential (60 people, 10 activities and live Q&A), Pro (200 people, all 21 activities, online and hybrid sessions, CSV report and your brand on stage) and the Event Pass, a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for 7 days, no subscription. How do I cancel?
In My account → My plan, in one click. No penalty and no phone calls: access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the account goes back to the Free plan. Your Pipos and reports stay saved.
Does the audience need to install anything?
Nothing. Participants join through their phone browser with a 6-digit code (or QR code), pick a nickname and an avatar, done. No app, no sign-up, no e-mail.
Who is Pipo for?
Teachers, facilitators, managers, speakers, HR folks and anyone who needs to hold the attention of a group: classes, trainings, workshops, meetings, events, parties…
How many people can join a session?
Depends on the plan: 40 on Free, 60 on Essential and 200 on Pro and the Event Pass — from a team get-together to an auditorium. Nobody installs anything, everyone joins through the browser.
Can I use it in an online class or meeting?
Yes, and with no workarounds. When opening the stage you choose in-person, online or hybrid. In online mode each participant's phone becomes the stage: the question appears on their screen, the timer runs along, the room's result and the right answer arrive instantly, the ranking opens on the device and the podium is revealed right there. You don't even need to share your screen on the call — and the invite goes out by link, WhatsApp or email, since there is no QR to point a camera at. In hybrid, people in the room and people at home play the same match. Online and hybrid are part of Pro and the Event Pass.
What interaction types are there?
Points quiz (with streaks and podium), true or false, polls, word clouds, open answers, opinion scales and content screens.
How does quiz scoring work?
Correct answers earn 500 to 1000 points, the faster, the more points. Chained correct answers earn streak bonuses (up to +250). All computed server-side, no cheating. 😄
Can I use Pipo at parties and social events?
You can and you should! "Who knows the birthday person" quiz, table battles at weddings, company games… Pipo was born for parties.
Do I get a report after the session?
Yes: every session generates a full report with participation, correct answers and ranking. On Pro and the Event Pass you can export it all as CSV.
What about participant data (privacy)?
Participants join with just a nickname, we do not collect real names, e-mails or phone numbers from the audience. Simple as that.
I found a bug or have a suggestion. Now what?
Inside the platform there are floating support 💬 and bug 🐛 buttons, your ticket lands straight with us and we reply by e-mail in no time.
